The 1st one is free. Its a 13 min sound with. Mans voice telling you to relax. Im totally asleep before he done talking. I still dont really know what hes saying.

One of my favorite pills. All the pills are worth the money

The guy isnt bad at all but the background "music" was dark and not at all relaxing. AND you have to BUY all the sessions except the 13 min intro. Some are $4-7 dollars!!! No thanks.

I dont usually write reviews, but it is apparent that the producer(s?) have put a lot of thought, time and effort into this app, and I wanted to thank him/them. These "pills" are wonderful - allowing me to rest while meditating and not be afraid of losing track of time. The only reason for the four stars is that Im wondering if they can afford to: 1) produce more "pills" 2) perhaps lower the prices a tad for the individual "pills, or offer a one time purchase package. " I know you have to make money, but I cant justify the ongoing dripping out of our account.

Its a guy talking to you with soft ambient music in the background. Hes saying nice things but its too distracting and annoying to actually help you relax or sleep. I just wanted him to shut up so I could relax. It didnt do anything for me. Not recommended.

Its like having my own therapy session whenever I want. I use the free relaxation pill for my power nap and Ive purchased the one for anxiety and creativity. I listen on my earbuds while I work or on my train commute. Its nice having a positive voice in my head for a change. If Im left to my own thoughts, I nearly always spiral into negativity: anxiety, self pity, and depression.

I have to sleep with a bipap breathing machine. I put on a set of headphones and turn on the sleep deeply digipill and it knocks me right out and I sleep very well. If you know someone that has a mask forcing air in their lungs at night making noise and making it hard for them to fall to sleep. This app is the hot ticket.

These are more like guided meditations than hypnosis. I absolutely love them! Occasionally its a little difficult to understand Brian (the narrator of most recordings) and the "Babe Magnet" one is a bit different than all the others (lots of sexy noises), but these meditations are wonderful for taking moments of introspection to improve yourself. I give this app double rainbow out of 5.

This is a great way to take a little break! When you need to relax or take some time out from stressful times! Love it! UPDATE: after a few months using it, cant live without it! I go to bed every night with the "Sleeping pill" and it works wonders... I cant ever hear the whole thing, because I fall asleep,but your subconscious keep listening :) This is the closest thing to hypnotherapy! Get it! It will change your life

Many digipills to listen to. They do a good job of updating the pills.

I use the tbreak, power nap and sleep deeply all of the time. Really works! Just had a knee replacement and Im listening to the well being several time a day to help with recovery and pain management.

I tried the "pill" for sleeping. It didnt work. The irritating piano melody combined with the strange accent of the narrator (is that Irish, no wait, Dutch?) was so distracting it only added to my insomnia. I would like to try other "pills" but they are expensive. It would be great if you could hear a sample and then decide to buy.

I have downloaded many meditation apps, and this app is by far the best one yet.

I was trying to find something to help me with my night anxiety and the sleep deeply does wonders.

I wish they had a different voice. His voice is good for me. But sounds a little rapey. My ex wont listen to him lol but hes my ex so he knows nothing obviously.

The pill that Ive experienced is great However they only offer one pill free with the app All other pills u need to pay for :/ it seems like all apps now require u to pay in-app purchases to get the best of the product Free apps at least good ones in this area dont really exist
